يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف عما أذا كان هناك آثار ايجابية لتوظيف مها ا رت الاتصال العقلي من قبل
القيادات في مؤسسة صحية )مستشفى الولادة في كربلاء ( البالغ عددهم ) 192 ( طبي ب ا على مستويات دقة
وحداثة وشمولية المعلومات الوظيفية التي يقدموها الى التابعون البالغ عددهم ) 120 ( ممرضة ,إذ تم
اختيار عينة عشوائية منها بنسبة 50 % إذ يؤشر ذلك مستويات جودة أداء المهام أي إيجابيتها , وهكذا
تظهر الفائدة المحتملة من أهداف هذه الد ا رسة في تحسين مستويات الأداء عن طريق رفع مستويات شمولية
ودقة وحداثة المعلومات التي توظف لصياغة الق ا ر ا رت الوظيفية اليومية من قبل التابعين . وقد تم ا عتماد
استمارة استبيان والأساليب الإحصائية )المتوسط الحسابي, والانح ا رف المعياري,وشدة الإجابة, مستوى
التطبيق,ومعامل الارتباط , والانحدار الخطي( لأغ ا رض البحث .
هذا وقد أثبتت نتائج التحليلات وجود علاقة واثر ذات دلالة إحصائية ايجابية بين مستويات مما رسة
مها ا رت الاتصال العقلي من قبل القيادات وايجابية الق ا ر ا رت للمستويات التابعة , من ثَم جاءت ت وصية
البحث مؤكدا ضرورة إدامة وتدعيم ممارسة مها ا رت الاتصال العقلي .

This has been proven by the results of analyzes of a relationship and the impact of significant positive differences between the practice of mental communication skills levels by the leadership and positive decisions of the levels, then it followed the recommendation of research stressing the need to sustain and strengthen the practice of mental communication skills, Some application Techniques recommended in the above mentioned context.
